Meet The Candidate – Lou Cicirello (House Dist. 90)

lou-cicirello “As an elected official of the City of Valley center of two and half terms I have learned what it is like to be responsible for a city’s budget. I have had to make tough decisions on a lot of matters and my decisions get based on not what I personally think but on how my decision with affect the city over all. I had to vote both for and against items that I felt strongly about when I realized it was or was not good for the city as a whole.

What I have found is that be a non-partisan governing body we can have good honest debate about an item and I always listen to opposing views because I am only human and could be wrong. Conversation and debate are the best ways to solve issues in Government and I have held to that during my term.

It is with great pride that I am taking on the challenge of running for Kansas House because I have grown to love this state and my community and hate seeing what is happening.”
